Hello there. I would like to tell you that most of the companies have set the eligibility criteria as no individual must be having any backlog at the time of sitting in the campus placement. So, if you are having backlogs in your 1st semester, you still have time to clear your backlogs before the time of campus placements. You need to maintain good CGPA if you are aiming for the dream companies as they require exceptionally well academic scores of a candidate.
