Dhrupal, To be honest, you have an average percentile in CMAT as mentioned in your query and it would be very difficult for you to get any good government  or private college , however, you can get admission to some decent private B-schools. Also, please understand the fact that the cutoff and the further selection criteria of many institutes also incorporates the graduation credentials of the candidates and since you have not given the details of them, so I would answer your query in a generic way.
