Hello aspirant , well 438 is quite good score. There are several factors which influence your admision . Like your state. In Delhi , Maharashtra it is quite difficult to get seat with this score , even in OBC Category. Then there are state in which you would get admission with this score. In case of AIQ that is through 15% quota is quite difficult to get a seat , as marks versus rank ratio has gone higher than ever. You should try for medical colleges in your state.
