You have not mentioned your state which is important for determining if you can get a government MBBS seat.

But for AIQ where any state's student can apply your chances are very low to nil to get a seat as the cut off was above 608 for EWS in 2020 so it is expected that you will need to score nearly similar marks this year too to get a seat for sure. You can also try for private and deemed colleges where you will get a seat with your marks.

Also, you might still get seat in your state councelling depending on your state's cut off score for EWS. So keep checking your official state websites and NTA to remain upto date.

I am afraid to inform you that with your score your chances in All India  counselling are almost negative for the 15% seats .
