Depending upon the number of candidates applied for the test and other factors, the cutoffs vary each year. 

The cutoff for St. John's Medical College, Bangalore for previous year for UR category was around 680 TO 470.

With 450 marks, no decisive statement can be said. You may or may not get admission there. Still, you should definitely apply for it.
