If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college are good through all india quota.if you have domicile of any state then it might help you in getting admission in any college of that state through state quota .
The cutoff changes almost every year,so noth much  can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
