Hi.

Yes you are eligible to give NEET. In order to be considered eligible for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) to be conducted by Medical Council of India, candidate must have secured a minimum of 50 percent marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Apart from having scored 50 percent in aggregate, it is also mandatory to secure minimum qualifying marks in each of the subjects in the qualifying examination (10+2). However, for candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC category, the required percentage of marks is relaxed upto 5 percent. As per the percentage of marks you have obtained in your 10+2 examination, you will be considered eligible to take National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) as you belong to other backward caste.

Good luck

No.
12th board marks are not counted in calculating your NEET score but they are needed to help you appear for the exam. NEET score is the sole basis to help you fetch your MBBS seat. The class 12th board marks does not have any impact on the medical aspirants position in the merit list of the medical colleges.
