For getting mbbs seat in any state you need to fill the all India quota counselling for neet. Your all India rank in that counselling will decide will you get a mbbs seat in any state or not.

As per your query I would like to tell you that you don't have chances of getting a seat in government medical college in other state as you have to apply under all India quota for that and your marks are too less to get you a seat under all India quota whereas as last year least marks to secure a seat was 560 marks in government medical college,dungarpur from your category under state quota. You can apply for deemed colleges to be on safer side. Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
