Hello student, 

Minimum educational qualification required for any graduate program is 10+2 passed in Science stream. Minimum aggregate marks required could be anywhere between 45-60% marks. This criteria may vary from one institute to another.

As per as the above Eligibility you have to pass in maths if it is in your main subjects to pursue this course.

You can do diploma course again to make it up and also continue your career.

Different colleges have different criteria for eligibility to different courses.But ibdont think your will be allowed to take B.Sc so you can join some others courses like B.A or B.Com or try for improvement exam next year.
