Yes, you dont really have any shortlisting criteria during MCA Placements at Most IT/Software Companies based on 10/12th %. However the Grades/Percentage you get in BCA as well as MCA might be considered. You should work seriously during MCA, try securing some of the better Institutes having strong employer outlook like some of the NITs or Good Private or Public Universities.
