As you stated that you have 62 Mark's in hpcet which is quite low to get an government college . But you have a quota of son of a ex serviceman,  there is 15% horizontal reservation for you in the exam. Horizontal reservation means that it will only apply to those candidates who are from Himachal Pradesh state quota. So if you are from Himachal Pradesh,  you have some chance to get a government college but if you are not , then you dont have a chance. In that case try for private colleges which are quite good too. I hope it answered your query
