GATE score is important for your NIT/IIT entry .

Do concerntrate on that so that you will be placed in merit .

The PSU's seat will be based on the score you get in the entrance exam they keep for the particular opening .

I know that i have done huge mistake in 10th, didn't studied well.Got 6.2cgpa(58%in conversion), but i have recovered a lot by scoring 85% in intermediate and 75% in btech.i am facing lot of problems in jobs while college placements that they are keeping 60% cutoff throughtout the career and our core companies they are asking minimum 70% in all fields. due to which i didn't getting elegiblity in any of the campus. Does it make problem in offcampus jobs??

Hi Sandeep...if u are concerned about getting a seat in iit or Nit so don't worry if u have decent gate score then u will definitely make it .some iits conduct personal interview so u have to crack that. As far as PSUs are concerned then different psus ask different marks for 12th and betech but u have good score so just focus on gate.. THANKS....
