The Seat allotment of NITs or GFTIs depends on factors like Seats available, no. Of students applying, Students community or Category, Home state quota. Your profile says you belong to Rajasthan, So your Home state quota will fall under NIT - Jaipur.
Last year the EWS rank of Last admitted student in Round 6 was 5661. So, with 9585 EWS rank, it is Difficult to get seat in your Home state NIT. However, you could get Some branch in Newer NITs like NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Sikkim, NIT Manipur. Apart from these you can also get GFTIs like Assam University, Rajasthan Central University etc.
