I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
As nits or iiits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.

Even considering your obc quota cannot help u as , the closing in lower nits for your category goes maximum upto 16k or 17k .

Hi ! No you can't get admission into any good nit or in iiit or in GFTI. Still if your luck is too good and vacancy factor works then you may get last low level nit Manipur with poor branch. Along with nit Manipur some 2-3 low level nits are in your hand. Same case for IIIT and GFTI. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
