Hi Tuku!
For getting admission into CET(College of Engineering and Technology) BBSR you have to go through the OJEE Counselling process. With 80.96 percentile in JEE Mains you have not qualified the exam ,hence you should wait till the spot round for getting selected in any branch and then you can change branch by doing well in 1st year final exam.
