Yes you can get lateral entry seat in SSN college of Engineering Tamil Nadu. It's not very difficult considering that you have a good percentage in Diploma. You can try for the college through the rounds, and also for other colleges as a backup. There was 10% decrease in the seats, so can't say for sure. All the best!
