Hey Abhi, With this marks you can get seat in Thapar Engineering College with Computer Science Branch. Yes, you are eligible for the CSE Scholarship too if the college provides that. You can get scholarship there too with this score and you have got very good marks in JEE MAINS so you will be getting seat there very easily.
