As you've mentioned that you've scored 90 percentile in JEE mains paper 2 examination. As per this percentile your chances of getting a good government college for Planning and architecture is a bit difficult because there are comparatively less seats available for this course.

But there are many other private institutions that can give you admission based on these marks or on any other criteria.
