OBC is one of category in India. There are two types of certificate present one in central government category certificate and another is state government category certificate.

So central government category certificate is work in every where. If you don't have any State government category certificate then no problem will occur. Because your central certificate work in every where. But if you really want another state category certificate then you can apply your councillor for state certificate he or she will arrange you for applying the the state category certificate.
