Dear Nadgil,
If you have a domicile of Rajasthan it means you can get a medical seat in Rajasthan through the state quota which shares almost 85% of the quota. You can surely apply for medical colleges in other states too. There, you will get your seat through the AIQ which holds 15% quota. Every year, the state releases a merit list for the students of their own state so as to determine the student's rank in the state.
