Hello,

If you want to apply for state seat in Chattisgarh it is better to get a migrant caste certificate as a lot of states do not allow you to avail reservation in that state without a caste certificate from the state of domicile.

Hence, I would advise you to get a migrant caste certificate before state counselling.
