Your 7 years old SC caste certificate is valid for NEET counselling, 2020. See once you have made your caste certificate as per your caste then you can use it for lifetime as you are from Uttar Pradesh. So you can use this caste certificate for everything whenever it is in need. There is no such validity say for 5 years or anything in it.
