I have a GATE Physics rank of 1007 and score of 34 (470) , I dont know if i can get any good college through it . I want to know if i can get Phd or M.Tech admission through it in good colleges and should i prefer Phd over M.tech or vice versa ? I did MSc in physics for pg.

See, the GATE Qualifying Cutoff varies every year and is different for different category student. The GATE Qualifying Cutoff depends on several factors like :

  • Performance of the candidate GATE exam.

  • Category of the candidates

  • Previous cutoff trends
