You can get admission in a government college but it depends on your category, you have not written your category in question because each category has different cutoff for admission. Chances are high but it may happen that you may not get the desired branch in B.Tech. The counselling will start in the fourth week of June, 2019. Fill your preferences smartly and check at every round for your allotment.
