Not only Civil Engineering, but also your rank is not enough to enter in to TCR for other departments say CSE, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Architecture, ECE according to the previous year cutoff comparison which a are upto 3500 ranks only.

So, you can try other colleges like Government Engineering College, Kozhikode with 10499 as previous year closing rank in Civil Engineering. So with your keam rank 10500 you will definitely get seat here.
