Below is eligibility criteria for neet regarding marks in 12 th board exam :-
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
so calculate your % and match it with  % required for your category.

If you belong to the unreserved category, no you won't be eligible for NEET counseling process. If you belong to the reserved category, yes you will be eligible for the NEET counseling if you qualify in the NEET exam too. I hope your query has been answered.
