Even after you have avail scholarship in JSPM and you will be withdrawing from JSPM to complete your post-graduation from PUMBA then also you can definitely avail scholarship for your SC category/minority scholarship/merit scholarship / some of the scholarships issued by the state government or different organizations. There is no problem in availing scholarship again.

Yes scholarships can definitely be received.
You can appky to Maharashtra state government based minority scholarships which awards 25000 every year.
You can also apply for Ratan Tata based Merit Scholarship.

There are host of other scholarships available.
You need to keep checking important dates and deadlinesto avail benefits.
In your case no problems perceived incase you withdraw application.
