The document verification slip to participate in the counselling process can be downloaded from the link given below-

After clicking on the link, you will be required to login with your user ID, password and copy the security code. The user ID and password remains the same as the one used while filling the registration form.
Candidates who have verified their documents are provided with asecret key which will be used to submit preferences during the counselling session.
