I have an average score of 76%(8 Cgpa) in class 10 , 86% in class 12 and just 56% in BSC(PCM) .I CAN WORK FOR 3 YRS ,IF THERE IS A POSSIBILITY TO GET ANY CALLS FROM ANY PRESTIGIOUS COLLEGE, IS THERE ANY CHANCES TO GET A CALL?

You haven't mentioned you're looking for work opportunities in which arena, if you're interested to explore the job profile for faculty then you have to pursue master's degree ahead and followed it up by qualifying CSIR NET for the post of lecturer, after MSc you can also qualify state level SET which is basically for recruitment of assistant professor, if you're looking for non-teaching roles in any specific college then follow the official website as the recruitment details are updated there only, moreover signing up for various job portals will help regarding this as well, however you have to make self efforts regarding this,
you can also pursue BEd if you want to teach in school, with MSc there is good scope for PGT as well.
