The U.S. medical school admissions process is among the most difficult in the world. So for applicants who are having difficulty gaining entry to a U.S, the Caribbean may provide an alternative path to becoming a doctor.This is because Medical schools in the Caribbean generally have higher acceptance rates than those in the United States, and their applicants have lower average GPA’s and MCAT scores.In order for students to practice medicine and obtain residency in the US, they must choose only those universities who are accrediated by the US Department of Education.Some of these universities are-
