If they have not been responding then this likely means that you have not got admission into this college. However, this is a highly unprofessional behaviour provided by an institute. You should either personally go and talk to the faculty face to face and let them know about it or you can email them about the issue.

The best way is to directly talk to them and ask them to let you know if you got admission or not.
