Hello,

It may be that they have not received you application before the due date or their be some techncal issue because of which it may showing this. If you have filled the form before 20th March, 2019 and you have a print out of the same then forward a scan copy to the examination conducting authority,i.e., Karnataka Examinations Authority. They might have not take the form into consideration.
