SSP means state colarship portal an initiative by e governance of Karnataka state government that secured the scholarship for the  students for pre matric or post matric courses.

If your income certificate date has been expired then you have to  apply for it in the respective format to the respective department through online.

At the time of documents verification  the income certificate will be needed. Or you can apply for prayer for time period to get the income certificate to the  respective authority of Karnataka state scholarship department  mentioning your problem about getting  income certificate .
