According to the new rules which are included in academic session 2019- 2020 by nta  you can give as many as attempt you want to give but you have to pass your 12 th exams with pcb having 50% marks in each subject. Fulfilling minimum age Cretiera.

Government has given only 3attempt right to every one and every category for neet.As you have already given three attempts then you can't apply for 4th  time

According to category general and obc can give three attempts upto 25 years of age while sc, st can also give three attempts upto 30 years of age.
