Dear anil,

Its not necessary to apply for a new caste certificate but you can renew it by applying for caste validity.

Caste Validity have the criteria for renewal of caste but not for new application.

Yes you have to apply for income certificate as the income certificate is only valid for one year. That is till the start and end of the economic year.
