Yes there are provision of pursing additional subjects in your 10+2 from NIOS if you want to take admission in college or given exams where the subjects are required.

But as you have not mentioned the dream job you are asking for I can't say with surety whether the NIOS marks will be considered for evaluation. There are few exams or jobs which consider NIOS marks and there are few which don't.

You need to search for that specific job eligibility and if that accepts then should go for it.
