This is a common problem every year but you should not worry Delhi University will refund you 100% of your fees back to you but it will take 6-12 Months .You will get a mail from the Delhi University 's side asking for Bank details and other important details so at this moment all you can do is wait for it .

You can also contact the administration of DU and they will help you with your query .
