Hi Vaishali,

Being a non Maharashtra student, you can sit for counselling only for private medical colleges in the state of Maharashtra because you do not have the domicile of Maharashtra.

Now for attending the counselling, you will have to register at Directorate of Medical Education and Research (dmer.org) to attend the counselling.

The schedule of counselling is not yet out but will soon be out for NEET 2019. Just keep yourself updated.
