Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

Yes of course you have good chances to get some of the good colleges of Delhi University on such percentage like Miranda House, Hindu College, Hansraj College and so on as per previous year's cut-off. Now as you have not specified any particular course or college so it is little bit difficult to help you with an accurate information.
