Eswar, when you choose any other Language except English as the language of question paper, you will be given the Question paper in that language and also in English. For example, in your case, if you have chosen Telugu as the language of the Exam Paper in NEET, you will be asked questions in both Telugu and English. Your chances of seat in NEET Counselling depend purely on your NEET score, NEET rank and Category. Your language of exam paper has got nothing to do with this. But in the future to prepare yourself for Medical College, you might have to learn English because the subjects are taught in English and they cannot be translated or taught in Telugu.
