Dear Ajay, the correction window for MHT CET will start from the month of April. While not all the details can be corrected, few details like Name, Date of Birth, Qualifying exam details, the course details, Institution details can be changed. So if you want to change the course from PCB to PCM, you can change it during the correction window. Hope this helps!
