First of all, the one and only route to become Doctor is MBBS Degree.

Secondly, NEET is the entrance exam conducted for admission into medical course, other institutes like AIIMS, JIPMER conducts their own entrance exam regarding this process. The common thread that binds the eligibility criteria for medical course in all these aforementioned exams, specifically MBBS Degree to say, is passed 10+2 from a science stream. Of course, there are subjects combinations and aggregate for different category as well.

For admission to MBBS courses in India, it is mandatory to appear for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET ), All India Institute of Medical Sciences for MBBS (AIIMS MBBS ) and Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER MBBS ) entrance exams.

And for all these test you need to pass in PCB in class 12th ... what you can do is do your 12th from some school which allow you to take PCB in 12th .... so that once you get a marksheet in medical stream than you can pursue MBBS.
