No, until you get your result, you can apply for the admission for any college or university. As there is the requirement to fill up the details, alobg with the marks of the 12th board examinations. So until yku get passed in the compartment exam, you can give your 12th board details there. Not only for DU, you can not apply for other colleges and universities until you get your new result.
