After completing Biomedical Engineering, you can absolutely study B.Sc Radiology. If you want to get radiology-related jobs, you will have to focus on imaging techniques. Some colleges in India to study B.Sc Radiology are Quantum University, Roorkee; CMC Vellore, Vellore; JIPMER, Puducherry; VIMS, Bangalore; DITPS, Delhi etc.
