Dear aspirant,

According to your question and taking into consideration that you have completed your 12th from UP and your aadhar card also contain your UP address.

I would like to tell you that EWS certificate is made from the place in which you are residing and if your aadhar card contains UP address and you are staying in bihar. You should change your aadhar address.

But i dont think during verification of documents it would create a problem.
