I would like to tell you that for getting enrolled in M.Sc Geo informatics/ Geography, most of the colleges or universities requires you to have prior degree in similar field. Since you have done your undergraduation and postgraduation in the field of computer applications, so M.Sc Geo informatics would be a totally different field. So, you can look for some courses which does not require you to have prior knowledge in similar field.
