This might have occured if you have entered invalid or incorrect user id and RUC code. Kindly verify the same. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it. Or it might have occured due to some technical error. Make sure you are properly connected to internet and try again. RUC code is needed for payment process in the final registration. So you need to enter proper RUC code.
