Firstly, to do MBBS, you need to have done Biology in 12th. Secondly, there are few exams, you need to give for doing MBBS but each one of the exam has different eligibility criteria. Like-

NEET- 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects (Biology/Biotechnology as additional subjects will be considered) in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.

AIIMS- passed Class 12 under the 10+2 scheme/CBSE or Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination of a recognized University/Board with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subjects.

So, basically if you have done bioogy in Class 12th( as Main subject or additional subject) then you can apply for MBBS through the above exams.
