The admission to Medical pg courses is done through neet pg exam.MCC will conduct NEET PG 2019 counselling for mainly three major group of seats:

50% All India Quota seats

Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS)

Deemed and Central Universities

Since you don't belong to Uttar Pradesh you are eligible for only the 50% all India quota seats of Uttar Pradesh.
