Dear Sreenath, now lets consider this. Your certificates have the State as United Andhra Pradesh. But now it has been bifurcated to Telangana. Now let's think you change the State of 10th and 12th completion to Telangana. But the certificates show that you studied in United AP. That will  be an issue because you studied in AP. You were correct in selecting AP as the State. You needn't change it. Do not be worried about it.
